Brand new Konica Minolta Bizhub c-452 has an annoying squeak that continues constantly while the copier is in ready mode. I would assume it is from an internal fan or something that revolves constantly while on.

I’d suggest percussive maintenance (kick it until it stops).

IF IT AINT BROKE, DON’T FIX IT. If it’s making copies as it should, leave it be. If the noise bothers you, then shut it down (power it off) until you need to make copies. Go green… save energy and save your stress level for bigger things ;) )

If the issue really more than you can handle, and the unit is truly brand new as you claim, then take it back to the store in the original box. Tell them it’s defective and get a free replacement or an exchange. Make sure you test the new one before you leave the store premesis. If it’s a factory assembly problem with bad housing, rusty cooling fan clutch or overtorqued casing screws, then more than one unit could have the very same problem.

Find the squeak. Then you can figure out, what is wrong.
