My office has a Minolta Bizhub 200 which is tied into our network and serves as our copier and fax machine. I’m just now trying to set it up to fax from all the computers instead of having to go put the papers into the machine. I’d like to use Windows Fax Services since it’s a nice program and ties right in with our Outlook Contacts. But for some reason, WFS doesn’t see the Bizhub. It doesn’t seems to want to let me setup a remote fax machine. What gives?
Will Windows XP Fax Services work with a remote network fax machine?

Disclaimer: I have no experience with the Konica/Minolta Bizhub 200.
Looks like Minolta only supports use of their “Network Fax Utility” for sending faxes from your desktop. I’m guessing the “Network Fax Utility” combines a TIFF driver to image your document, and a simple mail client to send via SMTP to the IP address or DNS name of your Bizhub 200.
Windows Fax Service expect you are either sending faxes through an attached faxmodem or sending to another Windows client with a shared faxmodem.
If you want integration with Outlook or Exchange, you may need a different product such as RightFax or GFI FAXmaker. RightFax also has a module to allow integration with your bizhub.
